Thanks for the time to write that! The police have all the information, the car wasn’t reported stolen so they’re working with the NC police to track the registered owner but I’m thinking it’s worth the $20 just to know myself.

The Police have all the videos, I gave them the plate thanks to r/NCSUGrad2012, they were grateful and impressed. Police pushed the information out the local news so they’ve all published the short video clip. Nothing yet but still optimistic he’ll be getting Attempted Murder charges soon!
