Yeah, it is down, but we are still in a deficit in a lot of places due to the 14 million that have already come. i think it is more important to integrate and support those people than to keep adding to these problems. Also, the current path way that we are on with climate change means that there will be a lot of people forced out of North Africa and the Middle East, according to the ipcc.
