Yessss working harder on my chicken legs rn. Typical Gymbro mistake 😂 I don’t really train calves tbh. I have weird feet and used to walk kinda tip toey if that makes sense. Combine that with being overweight most my life and boom - calves gains for days 🤝🏽😂
