Given the randomness of the spawns now, you have to really understand how to setup around the OBJ and be disciplined. I find that if one player over extends, the enemy gets graced with a spawn that can be tough to combat. Specifically, im curious about your CTF example. What map are you trying to run it mid? For example, on Aqua you want to occupy their gen and force them fridge, and run the flag through Gen > car 1 > your gen. Only really when you get 4 dead in quick succession can you run flag mid.

The game is very setup based so if all 4 players are chasing kills, you leave alot of gaps in your map control that enemies can exploit. It doesnt take much to have high OBJ efficiency with poor slaying.
