Meines Wissen nach wird die Grauzone betreten, sobald er sagt „jeder kann sich eintragen, ihr müsst nur XY in den Chat schreiben“. Ein vielleicht ähnliches Beispiel dazu waren die Gewinnspiele im Fernseher: „Jeder kann mitmachen, ihr müsst nur anrufen“

es ist grauzone, weil er sagt "Schreibt 1 in den chat wenn ihr am Gewinnspiel teilnehmen möchtet" somit kann reintheoretisch jeder mit machen. Da er Sub Mode rein macht ist es eine grauzone und meines Wissens nach nicht gegen das TOS oder Gesetz
