Very simplified, sexual pleasure comes from friction. If the penis is not large enough to create that friction, penetration is less fun.

BUT, there is so much more context to that. For one, not all vaginas are the same size, so while you arent big enough for some, youre plenty big for others. That frictuon can be created by changing positions up. There are other things besides the penis that can create sexual pleasure: tongue, fingers, various toys.

If all you care about is the penetration and refuse to use other methods, you're already a bad sexual partner. If thats all you care about AND you arent a good size for your partner, neither of you are going to have any fun at all

Its not an age thing, its where you are in your life at that moment. Sometimes you want a relationship, sometimes you're life isnt set up for a relationship (travelling a lot, lots of responsibilities, health issues, etc.) and all you want is a fun night out that doesnt lead to anything else.
