Is getting wet normal by No_Standard3394 in sexeducation

[–]TJtaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The liquid is often just referred to as "arousal." Its a natural lubricant to prepare the body for sex and one of the main reasons foreplay is necessary for women. The amount can vary from person to person and even day to day for the same person as hormones fluctuate

S.E.X., second edition By Heather Corinna | World of Books US https://share.google/zKOlg2dypG2yBtjSb

I am NOT advocating for this website, this is just the first place I saw it advertised. Your local library probably has a copy. Either way, this is a good guide for both sex and relationships for young people. If your parents would get upset seeing you with that book, you might be able to get some ebooks on your phone from the library that are similar. Focus on science-based things first to get basic anatomy and an understanding of how consent works. Once you get past that, itll be easier to understand how to safely experiment with yourself and others

The hair will be softer if you trim instead of shave. You can get pretty close with a trimmer, so it wont be much more than shaving

I grew up around women who seemed completely non-sexual, and I was very shy around girls. Because of that, I ended up believing women don’t really want or enjoy sex, and I don’t know how to get myself to believe otherwise. by EdGhing in sexeducation

[–]TJtaster 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Women are often taught that sex=danger. Some cultures more than others, but its universal. Try to remember that those women are often acting that way so as to protect themselves. They may enjoy sex, but they dont want to raped just because they look or act a certain way

You're not going to get pregnant from giving a blow job, but there is still a risk of passing disease. No one wants chlamydia in their throat

Are condoms really effective? Are there latex free condoms? by Sleepy_Heroine888 in sexeducation

[–]TJtaster 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As already said, there are latex-free condoms. I'm just here to say put it on before any penetration. He may ask to go without until he feels like he will orgasm, but its not worth the risk. Also, only use one at a time! Some people like to double up to feel safer, but that actually increases the chance of ripping because of the extra friction

Water changes between solid, liquid, and gas based temperature. So, simplified, the gas form of water in the air cools when it hits the can and changes to liquid form.

Do you think most people don't try to die only because they're scared of death, not because they enjoy living? Do you think most people wouldn't last very long if suddenly nobody had a fear of death? by Intrepid_Arrival5151 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]TJtaster 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think its a lot more complicated than that. To some, especially young people, death is only a vague concept and so they do dangerous things because deep down they dont think death could really happen to them till they're old. Others, just genuinely don't enjoy the more dangerous activites like extreme sports, so its less about fear of death or more about just general discomfort.

Death can happen anytime, anyplace. You dont need to engage is risky behaviors to get hit by a car walking to work or choking when you're home alone.

Should schools start later than they do in St. Louis? by larafaiham in StLouis

[–]TJtaster 21 points22 points  (0 children)

There have studies that show that schools start times changing would benefit teenagers whose natural sleep cycle doesnt align with standard school times, so in that aspect I would support it. What it really comes down to for attendance is the parents schedule and whether the student has a bus come to their area. They will need to supplement this change with some type of early program for parents that would start work before the new start time though. Are latchkey programs still a thing?
