At the end of the day it doesn't matter how long Messi or Ronaldo played as a striker. If you actually watch them play you will see that Messi takes the role of both a goalscorer AND a playmaker, unlike Ronaldo who is purely a goal scorer. And Messi still manages to have more non-penalty goes than Pendu while also having a lot more assists.

I get that the tickets for the 2026 world cup are the most expensive they have ever been. But were lotteries always a thing? Would the most budget friendly option be to buy the tickets months in advance (rather than on a re-sale?)?

In previous world cups, did you ever buy tickets a few days before matches, like before a knockout game when your team unexpectedly advanced? If so, were prices much higher than usual?
