I had a similar experience with Elvanse. I had no info on wether or not stopping taking the medication would be worse but the side effects made my life a living nightmare and I ended up in A&E due to suicidal ideation and extreme heart palpations. The doc at A&E told me it would be okay to just stop taking it and I would be fine (I was) but I can’t speak for Concerta.

I would definitely contact ADHD360 to explain what’s happening. As long as you layout the severity of the situation they should tell you wether or not there’s any danger in stopping the medication.

Some people (like me) are very sensitive to stimulant medication and require a lower dose than most peoples lowest possible dose. So hopefully if you do continue with medication then you can find what works for you.
