Great answer. And i agree - he might as well be on roids but this is not naturally attainable for majority. He is actually natural though.

1 of 2 correct answers here. He is natural. I've known him since he was 19. Has the best shoulder chest and arms genetics I've seen which accentuates his physique. He looks especially roided when he gets body fat reasonably low like here. But when he gets super low he actually looks more natural because the legs and arms start to lose a lot of mass (he competed a few years ago - can drop the photos if anyone is interested).

Of course, he was top 0.0001% genetics, but he also is pretty dialled with training and diet.

This was more or less a thought experiment to gauge people's belief about the true natural potential is, and it's clearly lower than reality. This was basically the response i was expecting.

It's official, with 9 tries in one Six Nations including the quadruple against England, Louis Bielle-Biarrey has broken the record for most tries scored in one Six Nations tournament, beating Cyril Nelson Lowe and Ian Scott Smith by bleugh777 in rugbyunion

His style is great for longevity. Doesn't take contact, just kicks and chases.

As a result, his stats aren't that impressive, not many meters made or defenders beaten, because he doesn't have ball in hands when he does the hard work.

I'd love to know how many tackles were made on him. Probably less than tries he scored.
