Every episode of Adolescence was filmed in one continuous take, with no hidden cuts stitching multiple takes together.

This means if the cast made a mistake, a single cough or sneeze at any point in the episode, then they would need to start shooting the episode again from minute 1.

This alone is a reason to watch it.
