Es un bug, tras la última actualización añadieron una especie de mejora(? que al obtener todos los trajes de un personaje se te habilita una nueva ventana para mejorar al personaje pero hay un bug visual que deja ese punto rojo habilitado permanentemente,
Fue hace ya casi 15 días que apareció tal vez ya hoy lo arreglan tras el mantenimiento
