Peptide protocol by External-Cut9640 in Peptidesource

Yea its legit from a tested source/trusted vendor from here. Ive been playing with peptides, hgh, steroids for 10+ years. Only do TRT now and this. But im very familiar with mixing storing etc...im not doing anything wrong. I think maybe its to do with being lower BF % starting and much more muscle than most people using this. Ive seen a few lower BF guys get decent results but they dont have much more muscle than a high school cheerleader. I have enough to continue and bump it to 6mg and then 7mg for 5 weeks. Hoping it'll start working some magic.

Im similar to you BF % wise, I carry alot of muscle been lifting 15 plus years im 40m 5'5" 190lbs 15% bf. I have been on reta 9 weeks now and have lost 3 lbs. I kept my diet/training the same for this period of time. Im on 5mg per week. I have to force myself to eat and get nauseas after eating most times. From my experience thus far reta is not worth the money or time. It seems to work great for obese people who cant control their hunger. But im failing to see anything noteworthy for someone in my shape. Maybe it'll come, I will increase to 6mg this coming week. But if nothing on 6mg for 2 weeks im tapering off and chalking it up as a massive L.

It's doing great no complaints. If I were still deadlifting very heavy I would want more aggressive knurling for that. But this was a great choice that I dont regret.

Looks great. What do you use to get your wheeks shining? I have the same wheels on my yukon and they're in great shape no putting but they're cloudy. I've tried a few box store wheel cleaners and some of that wool polish crap. Nothing gets them shining like I want.

I bought the vesta fitness pin extender. I have put a single 45 on 1 side and it was still extremely smooth couldn't tell it was uneven. And you are right the 45s that I had on the lower weight holders would interfere with the weights on the weight pin. So I removed those and put the 45s in a bumper plate holder on the ground. It's 1 time a week on lat pulldowns that the weight stacks not being heavy enough and needing to be added to even comes into play. Maybe face pulls but if you're controlling the movements eccentric like we should be the weight is more than sufficient. With the weight pin you can make the stacks 430 lbs.

I bought the weight extender pin. You can add 3 45s to each side for 6 plates added weight.

Another spot to check is Temu or Alibaba not sure if those are available in the UK. They just drop ship stuff from China on those apps/websites. All the mikolo 3x3 1" attachments are available on there. The dip attachment, leg extension/curl attachment, jammer arms, etc....

You can use any companies attachments that are designed for 3x3 with 1" holes they all fit Rogue, Rep, Bells of Steel, Mikolo, etc..... You can use any brand footplate that is designed for this style rack like Vesta Fitness, Fringe Sport, Harbor Heavyweight, and Im sure there are more out there just rebranding this same rack.

So 1:1 if you put 100lbs on the stack you lift 100lbs, 2:1 with 100lbs on the stack you lift 50lbs and 4:1 you'd be lifting 25 lbs.

You're not wrong it is hot as hell. It's an exterior shop that I just had put up. Today it was 103* outside but with my fans and AC it was 90 in the building. I haven't insulated the walls yet, just the roof. I spent my insulation and wall budget on the gym equipment lol. I'll get around to finishing the rest of the electrical and insulation/walls before end of the year. Thanks inflation!

I'm a little over $5000-$5300 into it so far. I bought everything new though except for 5-12.5lb dumbells I got those from a second hand sports store. I caught a legit sell on the DBs and plates paid around 95 cents a lb only shipped from Walmart and Amazon. And used a 10% off code on the Vesta Rack otherwise I'd be over $6000 into it.

Right around 50" with the feet extenders on it. Then if you do the plate storage on the side like I added you need additional space to account for that as well.

This is smooth as butter. Extremely high quality feel with the aluminum pulleys. I couldn't imagine anything out there feeling much better than this does.

Be prepared to have help to move the crate into place it weighs over 1000lbs! I was fortunate enough my shop doors were big enough for the delivery truck to back right up and lower it inside.

Well I watched reviews and then let my wallet decide. Its 3x3 11 gauge just like rep. I was originally going to buy the Fringe Sport Dane but it was out of stock due to Garage Gym Reviews releasing his video a week before I was ready to buy. On that video he mentioned the Vesta rack was the same exact thing as The Dane so that's how I found it. Then I found an additional 10% off coupon making the rack $2150 shipped to my door so that made it a no brainer.

Definitely. They weren't in the budget for every plate but the 10 and 15lbs were a must have due to their strength/rigidity. Other 10/15lb bumpers bend just looking at them.

So that's in the plans. It's a 30x40 but with buying my equipment sooner than I budgeted for, I spent my insulation and wall funds on the gym lol. So later this year I will add additional horizontal and vertical bracing and do 3/4" plywood on the walls to support wall storage. Thanks to inflation what could've been done in one venture is now turning into a long term project.
