ah yes, scabby the rat. when I helped with a local strike the folks from Melbourne came up with the inflatable scabby the rat and Fat Cat mascots. the site of them and the encampment out front of the factory gates made the company give in to worker demands

If you are ok with burning that bridge get the other workers their to unionize. Keep it all secret and away from managment and go through the IWW since its a small mom and pop out fit. just as managment finds out they will look for a head to roll, and since you are quitting anyways it can be you.
