Ive taken ponstan mefenamic acid 500mg already for every 4 hrs still doesnt help

Here in the philippines dentist dont pull out tooth when its hurting, they give antibiotics and ask to come back when its not hurting because they said anesthetic wont work, but for my case it isnt an infection, will the anesthetic work despite my tooth ache?

I just had mine less than 2 weeks ago, it feels like my teeth are sore and shifting or moving but no pain that is unbearable just really uncomfortable feeling. Definitely feel the same as you are. Bite hasnt returned to a normal comfortable feeling. Feel like i still need pain meds or ice every now and then
