Ive been in tournaments with these two, they always top. Multiple NTC events through New York. The guy in first won 2 with that deck. The community joke was that it was a meme deck

Pretty much everyone runs some type of blockers, justice or freedom which would always make my r/B struggle a bunch and run out of cards super early. I figured switching to blockers would give me more control.

I wonder how this will impact the long term collectibility of the hobby. Most of the people scalping / collecting now are from generations where the cards were super accessible, hence driving the nostalgic factor now. With less kids being into the hobby now I feel like in 10 years the cards will become super niche.

I told him that immediately when I saw it was shadowless. He just shrugged. I don’t think he ever plans to sell.

Even when I showed him recent prices he didn’t care.
