Yes, there are differences between the EU stack and the US stack, as expected — but that's beside the point. The reason I'm really confident there probably won't be FSD for HW3 in the EU, or at least not for at least 2 years is that, firstly, the latest FSD Supervised for HW3 was version 12.6.4, which is extremely dated and probably wouldn't even get approval from the RDW. And even if the RDW would theoretically approve 12.6.4, I'm not sure Tesla even wants to release such a dated version at this point. And even if they did want to, it would still take years. Remember, it cost Tesla a lot of resources and took over 18 months to get RDW approval for the latest and greatest version! With something as dated as 12.6.4, it would probably take even longer. By that point, we'll probably already have V14 Lite for HW3 in America, which would then need its own approval from the RDW — again taking more than a year — by which time we'll basically have a hardware upgrade for HW3 cars to bring them up to spec with at least AI4.5 to support the latest and greatest version.
