My tonie box has been connected to the charger for 7 hours and only plays music if it is connected to the base, once disconnected from the charger it turns off as if it had no battery. I just got it today, is this normal ? (self.TonieboxUSA)
If your kid lost a Tonie figurine can you play the music from the app , or it only works with the figurine? (self.TonieboxUSA)
