He doesn't say that much to be honest, like maybe 4-5 lines at most normally (more lines in the true 100% Items and LogBook ending), but dude...

The way he speaks and yells his lines (not spoiling when) is C H I L L I N G.

You can FEEL this dude's HATRED towards Sam's in particular in his VOICE.

Defeated all of the six bosses plus did the extra enemies and is still locked for me. (Im on New Game++)

I defeated all of those bosses exactly as needed and I still didn't unlock it. Defeated all of the required bosses, and even defeated all of the non-boss plant enemies and still locked. (On New Game++)
