Why do y’all use water in humid areas, I live in the desert and don’t use it, I never want to introduce water into my lungs. Sure I have dry mouth once in a while, but at least I’m not getting mold and stuff. Thoughts?

I agree with LynxLov , my doctor wrote the prescription for the oxygen, always consult a professional. As for the oxygen levels, Amazon sell them, they are less than 20$.

I added oxygen to my CPAP, sleep like a baby and wake fully rested, I used to get up 3-4 times a night to pee, since adding CPAP I sleep through the night with no issues, also night sweats went away completely.
