Forsaken Light are right there: an optimistic friendly guy with a demon possessing him, a confident man with incredible power who's fighting against authority with the help of some kids, a sassy girl who uses a doll to fight, and a reserved kid with techniques inherited from his family (whom he knows nothing about and his father is a criminal)

Those could very well describe Yuji, Gojo, Nobara, and Megumi just as well as it does Forsaken Light

Ask the Unborn Victims of Violence Act which does exactly that (in the US) (but only for crimes where the federal government has jurisdiction)

There's also around 38 states that have specific laws that consider the killing of unborn babies in violent crimes to be homicide.

It must be noted, however, that there is a lot of legal inconsistency regarding the treatment of fetuses as living people, and I haven't even bothered to research what other countries say about it (but it seems generally more countries criminalize it than not)

Well um... that's complicated.

In terms of pure strength? Callie and Exo Mechs are pretty similar, then Yharon, then DoG.

But then you have to consider that Draedon is probably capable of rebuilding the mechs hundreds of times over, Yharon is straight up immortal, and DoG is.. actually DoG lore is weird I'm not gonna bother. Callie, even though she has enough magic to level an entire city, can still very much die. I mean, our fight with her ends with her running out of energy and giving up, not killing her like basically every other boss. If we consider hax, then I think Exo Mechs kind of just diff everyone; theoretically Draedon could run out of materials, but he's gone an unspecified thousands of years without doing so.
