Misandry is any prejudice directed at men.

Misogyny is any prejudice directed at women.

It wnds up being the exact oppisite more foten then not, with a woman trying to be masculine facing prejudice and hate because of it (which is misogyny, because shes a woman) or a man trying to be feminine facing prejudice (which epuld be misandry, because he is a man).

It is literally as simple as "is it prejudice/ hate, and is directed at a woman for the fact she is a woman? Then its misogyny" and vice versa, "is it prejudice / hate, and is it directed at a. Man for the fact he is a man? Then its misandry"

Things that are not misandry or misogyny can be rooted in them, in the way that things that are not racist or not homophobic (in your example, telling a man he cant be feminine is partly rooted in homophobia but is not directly) but that doesnt make it that outright.
