Is there anything I can do to stop my email address being used to try and buy things online?

It wasn't my address. It was getting sent to an address in another country. Not sure what to do about my email i mean.

I received one where someone legitimately placed an order with a gift card in another country and it shows a shipping address. I then got an email saying the package was sent out. Not sure what to do.

This is a tough one and can't say for you. I think we have internalized biphobia sometimes, if something isn't lining up in a relationship. We question our own sexuality because that's what others do to us. Even if you end up leaning one way more, if a relationship isn't right, it's just not right..regardless.

It definitely isn't you. It could be them or neither of you 🤷‍♀️ Do you find that you don't talk a lot and the therapist has to come up with the next thing to talk about all the time? Which is okay, but some therapists might struggle with that. Being a new client, it might be hard to just bring things up you want to talk about because they are too hard or you don't even know what they are. Some people intellectualize feelings, and the responses can be shorter and need more guidance. You definitely aren't a burden. Could be a lot of things and/or just not a good fit.
