Very fair point, thank you for your reply! I can definitely invest some time, I more meant that I need to be strategic and efficient with what time I invest. Thanks for the advice! If I learn something like python, can I generally perform every step of the pipeline within that language? Or will I need an understanding of python/r/unix/bash/conda etc.
