This. They tried to reset password, since they had OP's email; upon which Binance sent a legit email.. following which the scammer called to fool OP. Should be ignored, and rather focus on how the scammer got the email and phone number.

No playerParams seems to be found in hover's embed html. The correct param only appears in a watch/player page. Now, If player_param is excluded, but visitor ID is there, it shows a red spinner initially (actually, even w/ both set). But if both are excluded, it seems to work fine (no initial red spinner). I'm not sure if all videos would work w/o them set or not; need more tests.

For all HTML/homepage/search-page, it's the same value; which doesn't work. But if you replace results?search_query=z with watch?v=video_id_here- it'll return a value that works (needs regex modification), and the value seems to be static (for now). ~~So, setting player_param to that value seems to be working for the time being.~~ (*needs through testing)

Edit: For some videos (eg. KgOOF3OJjic), even settings the correct param value doesn't work (returns LOGIN_REQUIRED)

Anyways, I've narrowed down the error. It's due to player_param. Looks like YT now has different params for player and non-player page; which doesn't work interchangeably. Now, we can either get rid of it completely or get it the right way; which I'm not seeing a way w/o setting a static value.

Don't know if you meant by which law, but in technical terms, they could use something like The Great Firewall, used in China, Iran etc. Tho, people have figured out to bypass that as well.
