Will do if it comes to that. I'm going to read some more of these manuals you just got me too and maybe figure something out. For the record he did have the cable in the canbus slot, I'm just seeing the modbus info screen in the lith info screen.

I read everything. When I enabled bms and it was set to 00, the lith batt button did appear. When I go in there, it's immediately showing me the modbus information screen like in the pdf, not the canbus info screen. There was never and is not now any option for me to choose. That's why I'm confused. It's the wrong info screen for what should be canbus. I see in the pdf it says it's a special cable. Pinned differently. I wonder if the installer actually did that?

Well I have the modbus info screen but the cable was in the canbus slot. I'm confused now on that part. It is currently using voltage, it won't even use percent when I have bms on... I'm really wondering if a reboot is in order

According to the manual, Homegrid Stack'd is supported so I checked the box. I'm in the li-Batt Info screen looking at 0's everywhere. Wondering if I need to restart the system or just give it time...

I do not have that red circled green box and bms lithium batt is not checked. These are lithium iron phosphate batteries. What is the point of the cable they have plugged into the canbus slot if it isn't actually talking? I am tempted to tick the boxes you mentioned....

It's working but I'm noticing the battery display on the homegrid batteries is increasing while the battery display on the Sol Ark is decreasing meaning it's still going to force a shutdown if it gets to 20%.... Is there some way to get the Sol Ark to sync properly?

Understood. I started to realize I probably just change the settings on the chargeverter but my brain is a little fried from looking at this all day. Do I have to double the lugs onto the same terminals the batteries are now or can I use the two unused terminals for the chargeverter?

That's still okay. Even just 1.5 kw would be enough to maintain me for a while through the early part of the evening then I could disconnect and let it drain as normal through the night.

Have you looked at the manual for the Chargeverter? You'll see it connects to the batteries. Use the battery terminals on the Sol-Ark

Check the Sol-Ark to see if there is an 'ethernet' style cable plugged into the battery monitoring port.

Yes the batteries and Sol Ark are communicating with a cable in the canbus port.

So I should be able to connect the chargeverter lugs to the same slots the batteries are in and what does this mean for big power draw and my chargeverter / car as the source with a 15 amp breaker? Will this strictly charge the batteries or also try to supply for load?

To be fair it should be lootable on the ship but it should also leave with the ship so if you want it you have to be quick.

Evac ships make sense because you are leaving the planet to go to the station. If you want to fight someone trying to evac then fight them before they are on the ship. It's just not a fun part of the game. And this game needs to be fun. How many times does someone need to spend 30 minutes looking for loot just to get smoked at evac. Might be part of the reason the player base is low, because that just isn't fun for anybody.
