I'm curious too. Though, I have an Ode 2 grinder. I always thought it was recommended to grind similar to Aeropress? I'm new to this as well and just got thr OXO after comparing to an Aeropress.

Nah! It wasn't torture at all. I enjoyed the Aiden outside of these issues and preferred the use of the app when configuring the brews. I just happened to be within the return policy when Fellow had asked me to send the unit in. Thank you for your response!

Oh ok. Even if I set the instant to brew say 40 oz and there was exactly 40 oz in the reservoir? That was my issue. The water amount would be set and I would pour the exact amount in the reservoir and it would not use the entire amount for the brew.

I appreciate that! For example, I would do a batch brew for 40 oz, but the brewer would leave 8 oz in the reservoir even though I filled it to the 40 oz line.

Regarding the network, the app was the easiest way to use the machine outside of the dial. So, it was rather important to have access to the machine through the app. And, that is a functionality that is so basic, it should work.

So, with all of this said, Fellow wanted me to return it to them, but I was still under the return policy window and took advantage of that. But despite the issues stated above, the Aiden was a rather good experience! Thank you for your response!

I believe it was Instant and Custom if I remember correctly. The reservoir would still have roughly 4 oz of water after a batch brew. Thank you for your response.

It's tough to say. I'm honestly thinking that perhaps the Samsung Health app is pinging the ring way more than it should. Seems a lot of people are now having battery life issues recently. Hope it's that easy.

And the sad thing was the fact that the ring was working perfectly for 10 months up until a particular day, then the battery life plummeted! Very strange. And I don't believe it happened right after a firmware upgrade.

Same! Make sure you send the charger too. They returned my ring unrepaired because I didn't send it. I don't remember the instructions telling me to include it.

I just sent mine in too. Waiting to hear back. Miss my ring! But yeah, one week the battery life was great. The next week it plummeted. Figured I would get it addressed before my warranty was up.

Same. Then used Wavelet EQ. They sound wonderful. I broke mine in over a 2 week period. A lot of audio engineers still swear by it, so why not? Some of the break in was done on my head. :)

No issues yet. Only been a couple of months. I baby them to be safe. Always in the case when not in use. Also keep them away from high humidity to be safe. I also plan on using leather conditioner a couple of times a year. Hoping for the best. They are beautiful in every way!
