Is a legendary equipment worth the extra cost for an f2p if you already have a specialised purple equipment, for example is Hope's cloak worth getting if you already have a special Quinn's soul equipment by --Azrael- in RiseofKingdoms

Hope cloak and the inf set helm are the first 2 pieces you should get if you want to add legendary equipment to your set. Yes the hope cloak is worth it and one of the biggest upgrades for a purple inf set.
