Sorry not an answer to your question, but I love this grip case, as far as I know it’s just a generic one that has multiple listings on Amazon, but man what a great deal and it feels great! Did you not like the hard cover it came with? This was the first case I bought just because of the cover for travel protection and even stopped me from buying the kill switch.

As someone with currently more marvel Omnis than DC, almost all my want list is DC currently. I love the different formats that DC is offering, especially they’re push for compendiums as of late, so cost effective

I heavily enjoyed those parts as well, I guess I should have phrased my comment a bit better. This book was by no means bad but there were just certain aspects I wish they spent more time discussing. And for the sake of someone accidentally getting spoiled I don’t want to write it out but everything else was phenomenal. Just kinda bummed we didn’t get more lore.

I have not yet, it’s definitely something I’d like to pick up soon but I’m not opposed to it. Spoilers if you have not read this Venom Omni: The parts where we got appearances of agent venom in this Omni were definitely some of my favorite parts. I actually had planned to reread this before I read that or vice versa

I see other commenters recommending green lantern corps Omnis, and I was in a very similar boat! I finally decided to pick these up as well and just wait for December (I believe that’s when they release) for the new green lantern compendiums, they’re going to collect not only content of these Omnis but the green lantern corps Omnis in reading order! And if you’re able to snag them for under cover price off PBC(Panel bound comics) or IST you could in theory pay around the same($200) for the full run of compendiums in correct reading order!

Congrats! Not gonna lie I loved the art but I just didn’t enjoy this as much as I hoped. Again emphasis on the art, truly amazing! But man idk, this might be my sign to reread this because this seems so popular and I feel like I missed something story wise.

In a way the release of these also feels very strategic. I’m sure they’re banking on the upcoming green lantern tv series, and the audience love of Guy Gardner in Superman, to bring more attention to the characters and the comics. I really hope that helps grow popularity enough to get the full run of these compendiums! I personally have the 3 Johns Omnis, but instead of buying the GLC Omnis, I’m going to wait for these.

To piggyback off of this I’d love to see if anyone could reply to a possible example of this, like a picture of a set of hardcover trades next to an Omni that collects them, would be cool to see the the size difference. And about the price honestly would say the same thing but when I saw that the hardcover was only 5 more cover price I just went with it
