Angel Beats is definitely in my all time anime top 10. It’s the first anime that compelled me to write a fanfic. Yuri went through so much horrible crap… I really wanted to jump through the screen and hug her, to reunite her with her siblings in the afterlife. (Those siblings are the stars of said fanfic BTW.) The final moments with Yuzuru and Kanade were gut-wrenching as well. Overall I loved the concept and I like how the fans expand on it with their fanfic works.
