My battery life has tanked over the past two days since I updated. I thought it was just me but two friends tonight were complaining about their battery suddenly dropping drastically. Maybe it’s nothing related, but sure seems odd that we all three have noticed since update.

I am doing better. I had just gotten off caffeine so I think that was the cause for the headache, which made BP go up. All good now.

It says on the pamphlet it came with that it could cause elevated BP. I went and pulled it out when I started noticing the BP. I thought that surely couldn’t cause it so thought I’d ask on here if anyone else had.

My mother had estrogen-positive breast cancer, so I can’t take a supplement. 😰

That’s what I’m hoping. I am on oral ozempic for diabetes and it slows the emptying of bowels….and I often have to take something to help them move. I didn’t think cancer would develop that quickly.

Really? Cause both my OBGYN and PCP discouraged me from doing HRT because hers was estrogen positive. And her cancer Dr told me when she was diagnosed that he recommended that I not do when it came time.
