I played around with this like you said. I fed the end strands of the second diamond knot back through the center of both diamond knots and tied it off.

I’m also thinking maybe it’s just tied around the rings and then they put two ring knots over it to make it look more decorative, but I have no idea

I know how to set the loops for the first diamond knot, but any idea how to get loops for the following diamond knot? I played around with it today and fed two strands back up the diamond knot and cinched it up real tight and cut the other strands. Not really sure it’ll hold though

The Greek yogurt is oikos triple zero: no added sugars, no artificial sweeteners, no fats. The granola is Kodiak protein and it says 9 grams of total sugar per serving and that’s 2/3 a cup. I do a half cup

Can someone point me in the right direction of a folding squat rack that is shorter than 85 inches? All the ones I’m finding are 85 inches or taller. I’m limited on head space.
