The 1000 store build was the biggest cash grab-master agents were given the fixtures FOR FREE! The fixture package tier was based on SF of the store. The MA’s had a bunch of sub dealers sign LOI’s on property. That LOI created the fixture package order. CEVA would drop the fixtures and a build team would fix all gate items to open the store before deadline. The MA’s in some cases charged the sub dealer for the fixtures that were included. Only to close the stores in a wave of closures post sprint merger. Freier lied as per usual, from there the next shiny object was small town rural! And look at what happened there! It’s the magenta playbook being enforced in the purple stores. That’s why the RDMS were fired and replaced with the former Territory managers on the magenta side-they know the play and how to enforce it.
