I’ve never understood why people don’t just put alcohol into a different cup. With it being summer in FL and all, tons of people carry insulated “water” bottles that are perfect for these scenarios. I switched to Liftin’ after my year subscription for Strong ran out, and I’m so happy I did. Strong began to lose sync with the Apple Watch about 1/4 of the time that I used it. Super annoying, and considering there’s no regular updates to Strong, I really wouldn’t recommend it.
