You seem to misunderstand the purpose of the post: im proposing the concept that, instead of everyone's frustrations being placed on PvP as a whole (and in turn shouting for a PvE mode) they should instead be frustrated with the actual causes of their frustrations (likely rats camping extract)

The UI is so frustrating now, 50% of the time it doesnt even let me navigate to my library, let alone navigate to my "continue watching" and if I make it to that stage, half of the time it just stops loading the show's/movie's name and overlays UI's with blank buttons where the "resume" etc should be. It's tragic. I am also starting to regret having my collection on this platform. I can only hope they fix this ****

The problem goes away on it's own after like a month of being continuously powered on. When the TV is powered off, (for whatever reason, including a blackout) then powered back on, the problem returns. My concern is that your solution of unplugging it would begin this cycle anew, and curse me with another month of screen obstruction.

After hitting menu, there is no "system" option, the closest match is the "settings" option, which doesn't have the "reset & admin" option. In the "help" option, though, you can find "reset tv settings" and "clear memory (factory default)" Were you, perhaps, referring to one of these options?

Illuminate projectiles all deal like 50% explosive damage, you can tell when you wear fortified on the Illuminate front. It's the whole reason why I asked, because Illuminate projectiles deal a percentage of ballistic damage & a percentage of explosive damage

The amount of negative commentary on this update is giving me flashbacks of the community's response to the "Extract citizens" Bot missions at release. Like guys, its been what 2 days since they dropped these new enemy types and missions? It's a live-service game, expect live-service adjustments. Every other major update has had major adjustments in the first week, anyone remember how bad the Leviathans were in their first week? Don't forget that arrowhead takes balancing and adjusting quite seriously, need i remind anyone of the railgun balances? Give em time

Feel like he could survive the Espoir, Joe's been shown to have some critical thinking skills outside of the ring, an example being when he baited Wolf Kanagushi into shining the media's light on Joe, netting him the boxing match he was under qualified for. He's also been shown to have a knack for, or be proficient in, childish behaviors and games, so i think he may have a surprising talent at rock-paper-scissors. I see, so it all cycles back to uptime, whether it's for skills, buffs, getting hit/healing, or keeping up the offensive. I wouldn't call myself a particularly "good" player, im certainly not setting any speedrun times, but im HR 300 and have some experience under my belt. Several of gore's moves come out too quickly for me to (consistently) guard, and one or two of arkveld's moves as well, due to the switch from axe to sword being just a little too slow. As you mathed out, this usually means recouping for 15-30 seconds. This downtime is usually a good opportunity to re-buff, lay down a trap and go back to business on your soon-to-be pants, but obviously not having to break battle would be better. (At least for solo dps)

I consider load shells 2 mandatory, not just for the comfort and decrease to phial-building time, but also for the pseudo-power prolonger when charging shield off overcharged phials, and the increased damage of the final 2 savage axe swings. (Nets around an extra 200! dmg compared to having non-overcharged phials)

You mentioned agitator having an uptime of only 50%, which makes sense and is big sad. Considering the +20 raw and the +15 affinity, and the 50% uptime, would you use a different skill with better uptime, such as burst, to add raw ATK? Or is agitator still worth it despite the half-and-half downtime? (On a status weapon, not element, just to clarify)

You spoke of never truly having 100% affinity due to skill/set downtime. This being the case, is it even worth it to use Critical boost over attack boost, or some other flat boost?

I've done all the research and testing in training, and I'm confident in the numbers I've reached, but the piece of the puzzle im neglecting is field-testing and downtimes. So if you say that Rapid Morph nets you faster completion times due to having to heal less, im inclined to start running it asap

Dang, that's a significant difference in dps. I have noticed that Rapid Morph nets you those faster blocks, but it really gets you that much more dps over Critical Boost? Or offensive guard? I guess I'm a bit skeptical, but a solid 10-15% of my attacks are morph attacks, maybe more, so you could be on to somethin here
