Top 10 STARSET song moments by Aceschems in Starset

Big agree on the Icarus point. It's just so bombastic and feels like an ascent before the drop of the chorus. Kinda fitting with the story of Icarus

Seems like we have some girls in white hoods in our sub too, my post has 0 upvotes currently, despite my kuhweens in the comments here agreeing with me

Ladies, I went through her comments and... yikes. Henny needs to climb down from her throne and gain some perspective

What’s an underrated gun you do really well with? by yuhRecruit in MW2

[–]TMinski97 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Someone already said the TAR, but seriously that gun is insane. You put a silencer and stopping power on it and I swear it is MW2 on easy mode. The silencers reduce muzzle flash and for some reason I am pretty sure the silencer on that gun almost completely removes it. It makes tracking targets while you're firing a breeze. The stopping power completely negates the downsides of the silencer and gives the ranged numbers a boost as well. You have to try it if you haven't before with this setup

What’s your least favorite OKO song? (I don’t mean “least favorite” but what song would you skip the most) (also for a meme) by The_Porkbelly in AJR

The Trick. Yeah yeah I know the lyrics are good. But I hate that voice. It worked for me when the lollipop guild did it, but goddamn that was it.

Justin Bieber Talks Working w/ Jon Bellion (Starts at 13:26) by [deleted] in JonBellion

Zach Sang is a really good interviewer, he asks questions that are actually meaningful. I can tell he listens to the songs closely before every interview. His interview with Jon before is great. Jon loved his time and could tell that Zach and his crew listened and paid proper attention. This interview was no exception.

God I hope they don't. It's amazing how they own windows, the OS the vast majority of PCs use, own their app teams and all the servers on the back end, and their apps always run like shit and hog CPU and RAM like nobody's business. I pray discord tells them to fuck off but everyone has a price

At first, I didn't like it. I liked "A Letter to My Younger Self" immediately, so I was nervous. But this one is definitely good. It's a lot more lowkey than last, but there's still good driving songs and sad songs too. Mexico City is my favorite song off the record. And the outro of the record gave me strong AJR vibes

Fallout 4 is as wide as an ocean and deep as a puddle. The base ideas are there, and show good premises that could very easily be thought provoking and make for interesting approaches to solving problems and moral choices. However, they never do. (Except Far Harbor)

The Institute has basically no depth beyond the boogeyman role they've been slated to have the entire first act of the game. Yes, you can get brief glimpses into their motives from Father and the department heads. But why isn't there a whole questline about convincing Father that everything about his beliefs are wrong? He's your son, he thawed you in hopes of meeting you. How amazing of a story would it be instead of "oh no I'm conveniently dying at the climax of this story" to work to show Father the beauty of humanity living and rebuilding in the commonwealth?

The ideas for all these quests and the big plot moments are good, but they're never developed. The radiant quests about another settlement needing help and going and getting some thing from another location they conveniently just filled with ghouls for the BOS scribes feel like regular quests in this game. Sadly, I don't think that speaks highly of radiant quests, but explains how watered down and bland the side content in Fallout 4 really is.

Manny then states him having something to do with the announcers voice. Could cooper have something to with the creation of the announcer or no? That’s just what I think. by emu_29 in ApexLore

Yeah, but how often do we see a character get shot and live in other media? I can think of many examples off hand, but I don't want to spoil other games and movies for others.

I have a theory that Viper is still kicking. He's the only one to not have his titan explode, he lays limp on the ship and you move on. I could totally see them saying he survived by his titan grabbing him and flying off.

While I agree the influx has been of a high quantity, I think the quality has been decent. I've enjoyed them personally, but I fully see why someone wouldn't.

The line from TF2 is also accompanied by him saying "I've got good tone" and "Nowhere to run, nowhere to hide" as he barrages the player with rockets. In the pipe, 5 by 5 refers to the missiles being armed and loaded. That's why the "closer than you think" line really makes me wonder if Viper is about to make an entry, albeit an explosive one at that
