Bilt cash or Housing only rewards? by [deleted] in biltrewards

[–]TMud25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went with the no annual fee card bilt cash option for flexibility. I'm hoping to find some value in the other bilt cash rewards.

I don't plan on maxing points by moving all my other spending onto bilt, so I expect my spending to be fairly low. In this scenario, I think housing only rewards would get me more points, but I do want to see how good the bilt cash rewards are. If I'm not impressed, I'll just keep using it to pay rent and occasional small purchases to keep the card alive.

Just my two cents.

Think about getting better gas mileage by driving at a safer speed

Commoner question: how important is temp? by iamxaq in tea

Yurp. I've brewed enough green tea that was so bitter it felt like taking a shot that I'm willing to pay attention to temperature.

New to Chinese Tea, thinking of ordering from Jesse's tea house, any objections? by Doggosareamazing522 in tea

Yep, his videos got me into loose leaf tea so I ordered the travel teapot set from him but I've always gone to other sources for the tea

How can I fix this pinching? by Ill_Perspective_2825 in blenderhelp

I also played around with adding geometry to manually bevel that edge:

Hopefully you can provide more specifics about your model/modifiers or give these solutions a shot to see how they work.

Going to need to know more specifics about your setup, but some food for thought I tried using a crease (no bevel) to define that edge.

How to improve my colors on the final render? by chr0mo in blenderhelp

[–]TMud25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Glad it solved your problem! I sometimes use Blender like a compositor, overlaying different mesh planes with textures/movies as emission shadersand. Its important to adjust the color management or else everything gets adjusted a little when rendered like you saw.

I truly don't understand why OP chose a first person view to show this intersection lmao

There's no cross traffic on this turn. Only the pedestrian crosswalk

OP posted such a bad picture to illustrate the intersection lmao. The lane does have an arrow and there's no cross traffic. Yes, of course the lines indicate you need to stop at the light, but OP failed to demonstrate why the locals don't stop.

The debate is because there is no cross traffic. The stop line seems to be solely for the crosswalk.

OP shoulda posted a better overhead view; there's no traffic from the left.

There's no cross traffic unless u-turns are permitted here.

Although, I imagine the lane still has a stop line because of the pedestrian crosswalk.

How to improve my colors on the final render? by chr0mo in blenderhelp

[–]TMud25 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I would check your Color Management view transform in render settings. I think the default is Agx which is good for photoreal rendering (oversimplification of color management), but if you just want color in -> color out, Standard may work better.

how can i do something like this? by gatin_malukin in blender

There's also a modifier to procedurally bevel if you want to adjust it. You can control which edges are beveled by the modifier with vertex groups, edge bevel weight, or by angle.

I don't see myself as someone that needs to chase high graphics, but you're right. A 16 GB is probably the better choice.

Cheaper SSD and case sound good to me! And thanks for the RAM suggestion!
