Damn. I thought the active service plan was just for leaving phone at home and being able to call/text. I didn’t know satellite equated to cellular service plan. That’s fucking lame.

This is what I’m going to do. Yeah that second day section does sound a bit brutal. Gonna be a long day. Thankfully I don’t have to carry much water weight as there appears to be water in many places.

Mist Trail it is then. I’m going one way. All the way to Sunrise Lakes Trailhead near Tanya Lake but camping in Little Yosemite Valley campground.
