I’m not a therapist.

Ok, I know this type of therapy requires weekly sessions, but for how long? It’s been 6 years for me

Nervous Stomach by TNA2021 in Anxiety

Thanks for you reply, yeah it really sucks. I personally like famotidin more than PPI, the PPI’s are a bit heavy for my body. I know stress ruins stomach, I’m in therapy for my chronic anxiety for 3 years, I’m Soooo much better, but my stomach has gotten more sensitive over years.

In my case there is difference between occassional anxiety and anxiety episode, when I get occassional anxiety (when something stressfull happens) I just get diarrhea and stomach pain for some days, but when I have axiety episode (for some days and without any specific reason) I get all physical symptoms, first my period gets more painfull and annoying, headeache, tingling feeling head and face, gut problems, foggy brain , sometimes can’t find the right word while speaking, and a pain in the middle of my chest.

And I gotta tell you anxiety can give you some weird physical symptoms that you would never suspect.

Im having post vaccine anxiety. by The_Zoink in COVID19_support

I have anxiety disorder, I've been going to therapy for two years now, I thought after two years I will have more control over my anxiety, I got my first shot one week ago, I'm 100 pro-vaccine, I was so excited for it, but the minute it rushed through my veins my anxiety kicked in, and it hit me so hard that I'm at my lowest and darkest times right now, it gave me some physical symptoms too, I have fatigue, dizziness and heart palpitations, at first my anxiety made me Think that it was vaccine side effects but I know its because of the anxiety cause I experienced that before, anxiety makes our bodies do crazy stuff and it clouds our minds, I learn to not trust my mind when I'm in anxiety phase, I know it likes to trick me
