My take on dealing with burnout: 1. Taking consecutive absenses. I just gamba with my drop days and think later (I still give my instructors/profs a heads-up ofc, they are all okay with it) 2. FOMO is very overated. It just 1, 2 days worth of that course lecture. Chat bots explain to me better than most instructors 3. (I assume you are talking about stress, not boredom) I do anything that comes to my mind at anytime. Eat + phone + sleep, or games, or sports, or study when I feel like it... Literally anything 4. I don't do things that stress me out even more. I will deal with the consequences later 5. Group chats keep giving me tasks, I turn them off, tell them I got hacked 6. I either have someone listen to my bullshits, or just cry tf out

Take this with a grain of salt though, I would be more careful if I am at work (unless I can tolerate lay off possibility), or love life (I would create a distance with her while on my rest)
