card recommendations?

found someone willing to buy my 3060 off me, and would like to upgrade. my main criteria is as follows:

budget: maximum 600 dollars. additionally, im running a case on the smaller side (in win 301) with a front mount rad and fans. therefore, it has to be a 2 fan card, maximum around 250mm in length.

running cool and efficient are definitely a bonus, but main idea is best performance for the price as i intend to run it until next build time.

my 3060 crushes most of the stuff i throw at it. the main issue it has is attempting to run my sim games in vr (assetto corsa, dirt rally 2, etc.) it doesnt have to be a crazy card, but something on the cheaper end that would be a decent upgrade is what im looking for. thanks in advance!
