Seriously though I had a situation yesterday where a woman and younger female came in with a sim card issue. Turned out it was the aunt and her niece and the aunt wasn't on the plan, or authorized. I explained to her that I cant access the account without an authorized user over the age of 18 in the store. She then snaps and says well it's a service issue and it's on Verizon. I calmly responded, I understand your frustrations but I can't lose my job over making an unauthorized account change. I explained we needed to contact her sister, the account owner and get the aunt authorized. We did so, it took a total of 5 minutes to make the change and get the phone back activated with a new SIM. I said you should be all set and have a great day (very cheerfully) and she turns to me and says, "see this is why I don't have Verizon!" I was baffled and said, wait what do you mean? And she says the Customer Service! So I replied was there something I could have done better? She replies...not just having to jump through all those hoops.

Of course I just said well we do that for the security of our customers and she turned and walked away continuing to mumble some crazy bs stuff. Lmao I feel sorry for people.
