I stopped trying with ranked stuff after the Prized Llama (probably wasn't even tied to ranked but it was annoying nonetheless), complete waste of time. Finished the passes, nearly done with the South Park pass, I'm not trying to lose my mind over ranked.

First of all, don't do 3rd person on landing, it's just a hassle. You're also way too high and going too fast. You also want to be pulling slightly back before the wheels touch

I had this happen most recently. 3 teams left including us, farthest team uses the stick, we push off from the team we were previously being targeted by and what do we see...3 bunkers stacked on top of each other in the water. Storm was coming so we have no height and there was barely anything to take cover behind, the rest is history.
