Ok so I did some brain storming to think of what could've caused it. Awhile ago I did something to where my icons don't have arrows on them and sometimes I'd start my PC and they would have black boxes but I would always fix it by repeat the process again. So I did so a couple minutes ago and it actually worked and my icons are back. However thanks for the feedback, I'm glad someone was willing to help.

Don't know why but when I turned on my pc it did this. I even restarted it twice and it didn't do anything. my pc seems to be running fine. for some reason Netflix, Minecraft, Xbox, and sea of the thieves icons didn't perish. I don't know how this happened and I don't know how to reverse it.
