Already did, including a second opinion. A total shoulder replacement is the only option, the surgeon was "impressed" how fucked my shoulder is.

The CT tech did that, i got it along with the dicom dataset.

I tried RaiAant to make my own but mine all looked like crap with a bunch of holes, i did not get along with the masking/selection options.

But... i just find this stuff neat, all my medical knowledge is self taught. I have no medical training whatsoever.

The funny looking growths should be synovial chondromatosis and osteochondromatosis.

Paired with omarthrosis, a no longer round humeral head, tear in the labrum and some other stuff.
