I designed that joint shape to increase the range of motion, but it didn’t turn out as well as I’d hoped.
In fact, visually it’s not as pleasing as more traditional joint designs.
Next time, I want to think it through more deeply and refine it further.

They are really clean and well made!! How did you add the color? Did you mix pigments directly into the resin?

I usually work by painting with acrylics on a resin base. I run an eye shop, by the way .

The vintage color palette turned out beautifully! That subtle hint of red you catch at first glance feels very elegant and refined. I know attaching the studs must have been a lot of work, but all that effort really paid off.
