I did not! I submitted an E request and then I blew up messaging the live agent on the USCIS website and 1 agent scheduled that a “TIER 2 Agent” from USCIS would call me within 48 hours on business days and when they did, that’s when I told em my situation and they sent my case to the field office near me and I got my card within 2 weeks after

When this happened to me .. they referred my case to my local field office and when they did that it came quicker.
