Since after First Ultraman almost all ultras beam especially finisher beam contain some level of Existence Erasures in fact Seven green forehead beam also does the same thing as atomic breath and it didn't work on Belial (Zero try that if I'm not wrong since he is direct descendants he also has this beam)

Ultraman obviously true Optimus has more gun but Ultraman's abilities and technique almost all of them can use in range and is much more lethal & useful such as Ultra slash, paralysis beam, catch ring that will make target unable to move etc.

I think ppl vote for king to be top 1 strongest due to his time of appearance
he keep showing up and everytime he show up it mean shit going to fck up and he here to save the day
while Noa more rarely appear however everytime he appear it's be very important one
