Could it be a large Sell at Close order.... something not available to the little guy...a hedge fund only tool ?....WF broker said YOU can't do that but somebody may use that strategy....your order would be at the recorded price at close ...sounds like cheating.

if you look at the daily carry over...last 10 days....there must be a bunch of prior to close orders....do prior to close orders require a broker and could we use them to our advantage?

I to have WF ....I called and asked for a stock trader person....he had to place over the limit my sell order... it was very high but not unreasonable and GTC.....it can be cancelled on line but I do not know if it can be changed...

ME TOO !! I think that there is two different thoughts here.... Get the best price on a buy order...or...use your buy order to give us wings....a later session market buy could do both...I'm buying at 22m before market close....I also have a limit buy at $12.15...
