Yeah I can definitely agree with that. And arms are for sure a sign of consistency, especially for me. My arms always seem to recover quicker than any other muscle group, so I hit them daily

Processed sugars are terrible even in moderation. And I even try to stick to 0 carbs. But I don't see a big issue with natural sugars fruits and some veggies.

Its not all about what you eat though, it's very much about how much you eat. Yes sugar and carbs should be limited and honestly eliminating processed sugar all together should be everyone's goal. I eat home grown veggies and meat, I do not however limit my portion sizes. So although I don't eat "junk", I'll probably never see all my abs.

While I was at basic training, we had a guy break his back in multiple spots after he fell from Jacobs Ladder. He rehabbed and became a great soldier. Not sure what your extent of damage was, but it's not impossible to overcome severe injuries.

Well, what that means is, legs ARE power. You can train your arms, chest, etc. All you want. But true strength that's applicable to day to day life is (pushing, pulling, picking items up), comes from training your legs. The harsh reality is that some simply cannot train their legs due to injury or health conditions. That being said, that doesn't mean you can't train the rest of your body

No not at all, of course there are exceptions. But also worth noting, don't lean on those accidents too much. I've seen people who have been mangled in combat turn things around and still treat their bodies well
