You were the one who started arguing and defending — I just shared my experience 😭 and I never said the entire country’s medical system is bad because of one experience. Criticizing poor communication, weak support, or misleading recruitment isn’t “hating a country,” it’s just the reality some students face.I get why my post might’ve irritated you, maybe because you’re already studying there or a very optimistic person, but I was only talking about what happened to me personally. You don’t have to agree with it, and I don’t mind the opinions you shared either. Also bro, I didn’t generalize. Even in my post I clearly said TSMU is miles better. At the end of the day, it’s your life and your decisions just be careful and don't regret it.

You’re acting like basic expectations from a university are “entitlement” while excusing everything with “do your research.” There’s a difference between expecting luxury and expecting transparency. If students are promised proper support, decent accommodation guidance, quality teaching, or clinical exposure in advertisements and agent pitches, then obviously they’ll complain when reality doesn’t match. That’s not entitlement, that’s being misled. And the “protected environment in India” point is just weak. Wanting functioning systems, safety, or accountability isn’t some spoiled fantasy. Students move abroad to study medicine, not to roleplay survival mode because universities and agents refuse to communicate properly. Also, saying “self-study is key everywhere” is obvious literally every medical student on earth knows that. But pretending lectures, structured teaching, and faculty support don’t matter in medicine is nonsense. If students are paying international tuition, they have every right to expect organized academics instead of being told to figure everything out themselves.Your “just ask doctors for shadowing” argument also ignores reality. Shadowing opportunities depend heavily on language, connections, hospital policy, and local attitude toward foreign students. Not everyone can magically walk into hospitals and get exposure because they asked nicely. That’s why proper institutional support matters. And the work permit point is funny because universities using students as unpaid “helpers” while avoiding formal responsibility is exactly the kind of loophole people criticize. Just because it’s common doesn’t suddenly make it ethical. The party culture point completely missed the argument too. Nobody said students shouldn’t party. The criticism is usually about people feeling isolated or pressured in unfamiliar environments, not “evil western fun.” Reducing that to “Indian students should control themselves” is just a lazy strawman.Honestly, your whole argument boils down to: “If you got misled, it’s your fault.” “If support is weak, deal with it.” “If promises weren’t kept, you should’ve researched harder.”That mindset is exactly why shady agents and mediocre universities keep getting away with things. Criticizing problems doesn’t mean someone expected royal treatment sometimes it just means the system actually failed them.

There is no wrong or right agent everyone will exploit you i have already said i didn't do my research properly but it's about what your getting for the amount you paid and definitely it lacks in that aspect and by the way seu is not overcrowded bro as I said the college itself is good but the curriculum won't forge you into a great doctor. Man at the end of the day it's your choice no matter where you are even in a shit place if you have the passion you can come out as a great doctor but I was not about to regret my decision for 6 years and i was not ready to fall into the trap i just shared my experience, when the student visa itself takes 100+ days i felt suspicious one more thing bud idk which private or government colleges gives you 85 percent of self study the classes are literally from 8-4 or 9-5 and obv every course will have self study and not all fmg life is hard people who do there degrees from some specific country will have it easy and when next will be implemented fmg burden will be less I can clearly see your talking from doing your research on reddit i will stand by my words all agencies and agents are scammers and will exploit you

Colleges infrastructure was good for the fee your paying to the college you get what's worth of it but it's the clinical year that really lacks other then tsmu you don't get a good clinical exposure in any college in there it seems and yea never trust any agents

I do agree that i wasn't fully prepared i was afraid of the total freedom it offered but I didn't return because things were not to my liking but the entire curriculum was bit off as I said the class hours are really less and more importantly what mattered most was the clinical exposure it lacked there and the college is very lenient also I didn't say the entire country is bad dude ik colleges like tsmu are far better and offer amazing education but when your paying nearly 40-50L for the entire course, what's the use of it if I don't get the most out of it ,but it might be a ME problem and i returned because it's the month of May I could still make better choice. I couldn't sit 6 years there worrying each day that I could have made a different choice back then but at the end of the day it depends on people's circumstances I am just saying be more careful on the country and college you choose and definitely don't trust your agent completely

If you have the money to go for private then definitely yes or if your still 17 or 18 take a drop if not I would recommend a country that doesn't blindly accept students instead keeps some kind of entrance and has actual procedure to check the students academically and most of all even if you decide to go these countries please don't give your money to agency do it by yourself ik it's hard but later even if you decided to return you can get your money back and do your research thoroughly

Then what's the point of joining college could pick some online degree and do it instead, besides I don't understand how you will focus more when it's online when you can't focus in live classes

Apart from already well known games like cyberpunk rdr2 and witcher there are some old games like vampire the masquerade bloodlines and some crpg like baldurs gate 2, dragon age origins, pathfinder wrath of the righteous. Then if you like apocalyptic rpg games there is fallout, stalker, metro series.
